A bit more clever please!

Robotic Revolutions raises a very good point. If a Roomba can return to it's hub and recharge, why can't the Pleo?

We know that the Pleo is likely to chew through the battery power. And although it's got rechargeable batteries, we know what kids are like - they'll forget to do it. So wouldn't it be great if Ugobe build a Pleo "nest" where it'll try and get to at night to "recharge"? That sort of feature would increase the "wow" factor above anything I've see before.

So what sort of Pleo accessories would you wish for?

I own both i-Cybie and Aibo and while the ability to self-charge is impressive and fun to show off to friends, I still find it unnecessary. An expensive (and hard to replace) robot is not something I am just going to let wander around unattended. Pleo's motors and other parts will get worn down quickly if he is left on for long periods of time, and being left alone will only cause his development to be stunted and sad.
