Would like to ask for your advice ? We,ve had pleo since xmas and i noticed on his skin that its getting a little worn, I was disappointed because my son has,nt played with it too much and is very gentle with it . I wonder if anyone else has noticed the same problem .Any suggestions on how to prevent this from getting worse please?

Hiya,

First of all I'd contact the manufacturers here:

http://www.ugobe.com/what/what_is_contact.html

and ask if there's any known issues with the Pleo skin.

If you don't get any luck there, I'd contact your retailer and ask for a replacement. I believe there would be a 1 year manufacturers guarentee.

If you're not successful there, I'd contact your credit card company (if you used one to buy it) and say that your Pleo isn't fit for purpose and you'd like your money back.

I'd try it in that order.

I haven't come accross any skin problems with him so far!

Good luck and let us know how you get on.

P.s. my email address is news@pleo-toy.co.uk if you need it.

Regards,

Lee

My son has a Pleo that he treated with very delicately but the skin has deterioriated and split open to expose the mechanical components inside rendering it totally unfit for pirpose. I have sent numerous emails and pictures to customer service. the only responce I get is "there is a 90 day warranty sorry. We will however sell you another one for $245 dollars" Ugobe will not stand behind thier product and worst of all seem utterly disinterested in helping us at all with this issue.

We are very disappointed with Ugobe customer service and the quality of thier products and service.
