Gadget Shop Pleo Update
Some of you may have ordered from Gadget Shop last week or the week before. I've just had confirmation that dispite getting an email confirmation last Thursday evening saying my Pleo had been dispatched - it wasn't.
I then phoned on Monday and they said it was a mistake, it hadn't actually been dispatched - but it was then.
Well I phoned again today and they said the Pleo had been delayed, it'll now be in their warehouse on Friday and they'll dispatch on Saturday. So if you have ordered a Pleo from Gadget Shop you should expect to have them Tuesday or Wednesday next week.
Also on a side note, Findmeagift will apparently have stock in on the 21st Dec - so get in quick!
It'll all change in the next couple of minutes!!

Ive had the same problem aswell.. they told me today that they were pre-orders?? and should receive Pleo Monday/Tuesday.....we hope...
eek - I got different days.
I ordered next day so I'm it will be the Monday! Let me know when you get yours!
Hi i order last week and had a e-mail to say it had been despatched,
told today they would be in tomorrow (thursday) and despatched Friday, should recive it Monday/Tuesday with a lot of luck.
findmeagift defo say they have more pre-orders than they have pleos coming in on 21st, I called them and they said people from US were even pre-ordering from them, also today gizoo had the pre-order option back on their website, so its worth to keep giving that one a try
13/12/2007 The findmeagift website today says that they wont have stock until January 17th 2008.
So much for pre-ordering with them.
nah - findmeagift has stock for most of the pre-orders already made apparently.
This stock is for the latest pre-orders and for new ones to be made in the new year.
I preordered in October, and they have just written to me saying:
"Yes that's true. We are not getting them in until January 17th due to their worldwide shortage and huge popularity. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee how many we are getting in and can only reassure you that the site will be constantly updated with new info on this product"
So they've had no stock at all, and wont be seeing any stock until the new year. Therefore my pre-order wont be honoured until 2008.
They are honouring most orders placed pre-November. Anything ordered in Nov/Dec 07 will have to wait until the new year.
I just got my Pleo from the Gadget Shop via City Link..(18th Dec) I ordered mine 6th of Dec... AT LAST... so all ordered then should receive today... Gook Luck everyone....
